Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via Fresha or agreed communication channels.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please ensure all booking details are accurate, failure to disclose information which may inhibit the application of our services will result in services being declined without a refund.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking (or as specified).
Prices are listed clearly and may be subject to change.
Discounts or promotional offers must be applied at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Missed appointments are charged in full.
Cancellations are not permitted however, if you NEEDS FINISHING
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened- this is dependent on the calendar of the practitioner.
Full payment still applies.
Health & Well-being
Clients are responsible for sharing relevant health or personal information prior to sessions.
